i dont know if its just me or if everything is just not working, but the installer isnt working and i cant put forge into my minecraft. can some explain please?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
