My modded server crashes when starting up ( 12.2 / 24 mods)

It's weird, it would only start-up with bibliocraft but whenever I add another mod such as ancient-warfare or Mo'biomes then it crashes. The server crash log says that ancient warfare requires code-chickenlib but that is present. Any help please?
