My forge wont open for 1.15.2

I was trying to download forge 1.15.2 launcher, it didn't open the application that you get for when you are trying to adjust the forge launcher to the different versions. I tried re-installing java and it didn't work. Can I please get some help on this?

 

 

Also its only with 1.15.2 forge, everything else is working except for forge 1.15.2 launcher
