forge-1.16.4-35.1.15 server does not start

Hi, i'm on windows 10 64bit, updated to the latest java build and whenever i try to launch forge-1.16.4-35.1.15.jar it just loads without showing a console and crashes a few seconds later (at least from what i can tell from the task manager). I've tried with a .bat file as well and for some reason the server just won't launch on my computer, but it will no problem on some of my friends and since i really don't get any error except what's in the logs I really don't have any idea on what to do. Tried as administrator, updating java, moving it to my main drive and still nothing. I really don't know what more i can do or tell you to make it easier to troubleshoot, sorry.

PC specs: RX5700XT sapphire pulse - R7 2700 - B450 Tomahawk max (no idea if the specs are of any use, but still better to be safe than sorry i guess)
