I cannot seem to get forge working, be it with mods or by itself.

I have tried deleting META-INF from minecraft.jar

I have also deleted .minecraft folder, with no luck.

I am running latest build (minecraftforge.numbers.738)

I am using Magic Launcher

Can anyone help me?  :-\
