Forge has an error.

An error happend when I lauched forge the first time. 

 

It said that Forge has a Fatal Error.

I have downloaded some files that the client messanger wanted me to , but I do not know where to put them.

When I First First First launched Forge , I already made my "mods" folder.

It had 3 mods in there . 

 

Am I not suppost to make a "mods" folder ahead?

Download the 6 listed files, put them into your .minecraft/lib folder (or server/lib, depending on what you are using) and start it again

I seem to understand what's going on here. I have a similar problem on 1.6.1.

Your problem is that for some reason, maybe the servers were crowded or your internet crapped out, but you were

not able to download the required libs for Minecraft Forge to work. The solution should be simple. Try loading Minecraft again one more time, or look for that area in your error log

and click those links to download those jars needed for Minecraft Forge. With those downloaded jars, drop them inside the lib folder in your .minecraft. If there isn't one, create it. Pretty much what xalcon said.
