Essentially just the title, does anyone know if there's a functional difference between me holding down a button (ie: sprint) and setting it to be held down with:

 

KeyBinding.setKeyBindState(mc.gameSettings.keyBindSprint.getKeyCode(), true);

 

I can't imagine that there's another way for ToggleSprint mods to work other than this, but I just want to double check if a server can actually tell this apart from the real thing and don't know how I would test this on my own.

Not writing cheats, just curious if there's a difference in packets or quantity of them by holding a key with that code vs just holding the key. I can't imagine that there would be, but still.
