When trying to download a 1.15.2 version of forge: I am told

These libraries failed to load, Please try again.
com.google.guava:guava:20.0

 

How do I fix this! I tried updating java and it didn't work
help!

Ps: version is 31.2.45, though 31.2.47 doesn't work either
