forge 1.16.5-36.0.10 launch crash

everytime i tryto launch the game it crashes at the very second it closes te launcher and opens the launcher again and this message appears

here´s the mod list, note, i have the same mods and forge version in my other laptop and it works fine, it´s only with this other laptop

Original Minecraft launcher, and I got forge from the site itself, the installer, I downloaded that exact version because I wanted to match them so there would be no chance of problems trying to play LAN
