I can't download forge on windows

Whenever I try to download forge from the website it just downloads the files with an internet explorer icon instead of the java icon like in all the tutorial videos I have seen.  If anyone might know what the problem could be I would love some suggestions.

Is your .jar file type associated with a different app or something.
