Select modloader language

Hi guys, how are you? I hope it's ok! I recently checked if there was a Spanish translation of Forge and I found the es_es file inside the .jar but I don't know how to make it work. Sorry for the ignorance. Where do I change the language settings from? Greetings!

I mean the language of the forge itself:

I mean the translation of that file. In the forge .jar there is the es_es but I have the game in Spanish and the modloader remains in English ...

Hello! good morning, sorry, I was wrong, actually I was not referring to that file but to the loading phase of Minecraft, with a red background, and those loading messages in the mods ... Can you translate that?
