Forge for 1.16 not showing up in 'versions' when trying to create profile

I had found another forum where this wasn't answered last year so I'm going to try here.

The file is there and it seems to be correct but

It's nowhere in my versions folder.

 

Anyone know how to fix this? I'm trying to use this for minecraft version 1.16.5
