Game Crashes When Singleplayer Button is Clicked

I have a lot of mods installed and I finally got to the main menu screen but whenever I click singleplayer the game crashes and gives me this error:  

The game crashed whilst mouseclicked event handler
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: mouseClicked event handler
Exit Code: -1

I do not get this error while playing without mods. I have tried disabling the private network firewall, pasting -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true into the JVM arguments, I do not have an anti-virus, updating my graphics driver, and I have run: 

netsh winsock reset
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

into command prompt.
