My Server is not working!

I made a minecraft forge server, and... Nothing! I can see the server, and it works perfecly fine on locahost, but noone else can see it... The real problem is, when I create vanilla servers they show up perfecly fine, but not with forge 1.12.2 I tried with forge 1.16.4, and it works, I even tried vanilla 1.12.2, and it works... Seems like the forge version of 1.12.2 is the problem. I tried different versions of forge, and now I tried with forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2838. but still nothing, I can see the server, everything is good, but no one else can see it.
