Crashes upon Loading Singleplayer (1.16.5)

Upon loading a singleplayer world, Forge 1.16 will crash. This was on a custom modpack, but when I tried to use the Direwolf 1.16 pack the issue persisted. Joining multiplayer servers works normally, though. Anyone know what could be causing this and/or how I could fix it?
