A server I have crashed and now players can't join it.

Earlier today, some friends of mine and I were playing on my server when the server suddenly crashed. The error message on the server log was "Trying to add entity with duplicated UUID 291dfbec-2b7b-4c2b-9899-f665ea53af5d. Existing minecraft:armor_stand#46, new: minecraft:armor_stand#47". We tried to start up the server a few more times and it kept crashing while starting with that error message. After a couple more tries, it stopped crashing while starting but no one could join the server. I was just wondering what might of caused this and how it can be fixed. I attached a few files (The latest.log and the starting message of the server) that might be of use. If anyone could help, that would be great!
