MInecraft Crash from 'Rendering entity in world'

Ok so i have been looking around the internet and i have tried to reset the server, remove Opti fine and kill all entities and i still crash when logging on. It started when i got a iluminati pet and got a tnt minecart from ICBM and when i placed it i get crashed. Here is the Crash report:
