Modded server shows up as "Incompatible Vanilla Server"

Hello, I decided to run a Minecraft server on my pc with a new mod to play with my friends.

But the server shows up as "Incompatible Vanilla Server"

and every time a player join and start walking in any direction the player crashes but the server stays on.

The mod works fine in single player.

Forge-1.15.2-31.2.13

If someone joins with no mods downloaded they don't crash but the mods don't work.

I also tried downloading a different version of this mod and set up a 1.7.10 forge server and it works just fine but I would like to play on 1.15.2 instead

How exactly are you starting the server?

Im starting the server using run.bat file

hello I have the same error, but I don't know how to start it from forge, because when I install the forge server in the folder the jar file was not generated as in the previous image, so I can't open it like that, help
