MC Crashes

Every time I open forge MC on 1.8.9 I get a crash and error message with exit code: -1.

 

The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/optifine/gui/GuiMessage
Exit Code: -1
