Error on 1.7.10 modded minecraft server

"cpw.mods.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/client/Minecraft" thats the error, after trying to find how to fix online people said that there was client side mods so I tried removing all of them but or I'm missing some or the problem isnt that.
I would apreciate some help if possible.
