Minecraft forge keeps crashing saying "(mc forge 1.16.5) not responding

As you can read in the title, Mc forge keeps crashing every time I open it, saying mc forge 1.16.5 not responding, what can I do to fix it. Btw, its in the red loading screen while its like writing down what it is doing, then freezing, then crashing.
