Download the server and go to java -Xms1G -Xmx8G -jar forge-1.16.5-36.1.2.jar

Hey i just went into my apps and just uninstalled all other java version and left in version 1.8.0_291 and then launched up my run.bat and it launched up like a charm, maybe thatll help
