I am aware that this issue has been discussed before however it seems that my problem is that even though everything is the same on both client and server side. Using the same forge version for client and server. Having the same version of mods on both sides (copied and pasted the mod list so shouldn't be any problems). Followed Server Host(Shockbyte) guide in installing forge and I installed it correctly as server is currently running however I still cannot connect. This screenshot is of my multicraft console showing that I cannot connect due to this reason and it said one of my mods rejected client side even though they were just copied into the server mods.

Can a Mod or Admin close this thread I have found the solution. It seems even though I copy and pasted the modpack to the server mods something was different. I fixed this by deleting my client modpack and installing copy and pasting the mods from the server to my client. Sorry for the inconvenience.
