"The game crashed whilst rendering overlay" Error

Had this error on startup, which at first caused my PC to bluescreen yesterday, when I tried to load the game again today, I got this error instead. I tried to problem solve myself, it first said it was when trying to load the WAILA harvestability mod, so I removed that, then again with my Borderless mod, so I removed that as well, the issue continued going down my entire mod list (I have about 10 or so mods) I am running the most recent version of Forge (v36.1.4 for Minecraft 1.16.5), and have been able to run the game previously with no issues except for yesterday and today, I haven't changed anything. 

I looked at this forum post and tried the fix suggested by Danebi, but I am still running into the same issue

The mod changes each time on startup, here is the full error log as well.

I hope I provided enough information, I've never needed to make my own thread before.
