forge loading mdiffernt mod, how do i swap

i have salhack( i like to mess around in SINGLEPLAYER WORLDS) but it loads impact ( another utility mod). i do have it installed but how do i swap to salhack. i followed other post but im so confused. impact isnt even in the mod options!. when i look at salhack it says disable in red and 'config' is blank. i have forge 1.12.2 and both salhack and impact is 1.12.2. please help

  I tested it and apparently the problem comes directly from rubidium/oculus and Valkyrien skies, they're not compatible in 1.20x... I'm maybe going to fabric then since optifine doesn't work either. Thank you anyway and have a great day!
