Minecraft will no longer create or load worlds (It always crashes) after configuring Pixelmon

Hello, so what happened was I wanted to have custom and shiny starters in Pixelmon/Forge 1.12.2, and ever since I turned on that and a couple other things such as Ditto/Ditto legendaries, it won't load AT ALL. Here is the full error:
