Forge 1.7.10 NOT WORKING

Having heaps of problems installing forge 1.7.10. Cant get the installers to open, comes up with a log file instead of launching. When trying to open with CMD it says cannot access jarfile. I can install the later versions no problem. A lot of my friends still use servers that require 1.7.10 forge, and everything I'm trying isnt helping. I've tried downgrading JAVA, I've tried just about everything. Please, any help is greatly appreciated!!

This is what is said in the log file that shows up when I try open the JAR file to install forge.

Looks like it refers to something called "Burningwave - Resource releaser" - I have no idea what this is - maybe it is part of a mod

You are using the forge worldedit build
You can try to use the plugin Worldedit or FAWE as your server supports plugins

My friend keeps getting disconnected from our Forge Server

Possible Errors from Server Log (These are from two separate disconnects):
[02:16:08] [Server thread/INFO] [minecraft/ServerGamePacketListenerImpl]: chaoticid10t lost connection: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.util.zip.DataFormatException: invalid distance too far back
[02:17:12] [Server thread/INFO] [minecraft/ServerGamePacketListenerImpl]: chaoticid10t lost connection: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.util.zip.DataFormatException: incorrect data check

Need help with this on my forge server, my friend keeps getting disconnected from the server after playing on it for 1 - 2 hours and I can't figure out why. We are both running the exact same modpack, and what is weird is that it doesn't happen to me. Minecraft version is 1.20.1, forge version is 47.4.6. I am using DatHost to host the server.
