Where does forge record auto-assigned block ids?

Hi,

 

I want to re-generate my server world and use mcedit to transfer structures to the new world. But whenever I re-generate a world using Forge for MC 1.7.10, it auto assigns slightly different block ids. Anything I try to export from the old world ends up using the wrong blocks.

 

Where exactly does forge store the auto assigned block ids? I know they must be somewhere in the world folder, because I can move it to a different machine and everything functions fine. I'm hoping to be able to transfer this file to my new world and regenerate the chunks with the same block ids that the previous world had.
