  3. I'm not sure what you mean I have very limited knowledge of tech, it took me a week to figure out how to install forge aha
  4. I successfully figured out how to download forge for OS X but now when I add mods like JEI or JourneyMap, they aren't applied to my game, they don't appear in the mods section of the game and they don't appear in the game itself, it's as if theres no trace of them. I've tried recreating the mods folder a few times now but still nothing. I'm more than a little confused.
  5. I've tried disabling my firewall and still nothing /:

I've tried downloading forge 1.11.2 three times now, When I go to click open (as many tutorials i've seen on youtube have done) it literally unzips the whole file and it doesn't open the application like on the videos I've seen specifically for mac I delete every trace after each try and I'm just not sure on what to do. I tried the recommended installer AND the latest. Please help
