I found the problem it says Error 404 and it can't find it said that on my game output this is what it said Couldn't get hash for net/minecraftforge/forge/1.12-14.21.1.2407/forge-1.12-14.21.1.2407.jar from http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.12-14.21.1.2407/forge-1.12-14.21.1.2407.jar.sha1: HTTP 404: Not Found
