MInecraft Modded Crash Need Help
DaemonUmbra replied to MineNoCraft's topic in Support & Bug Reports
Tinkers Compendium appears to be broken at the moment. https://github.com/Lance5057/Tinkers-Compendium/issues/80 -
Two things here: Decocraft requires PTRLib to function, and You should update to a version of Decocraft that notifies Forge of this requirement.
-
Have you tried removing BetterFoliage?
-
You should update to a modern version first of all.

Hey, guys. How's the Minecraft modding community?
DaemonUmbra replied to whodomoodu's topic in General Discussion
I wish people would just move on from 1.7.10 and accept that even if mods they loved back then aren't updated anymore it's a great opportunity to find NEW mods. -
See the issue here is your version of Forge is too old and it's not the version of Forge that ships with that version of the Pack... If you imported the pack manually into Twitch, back up your saves and install it properly through the app's pack browser. If you installed it through Twitch from the beginning, in the pack's profile click the 3 dots and click Repair Minecraft.

Unfortunately Twitch is not forgiving in this case, just tested by disabling my network adapter. How are you downloading mods and installing Minecraft and Forge without home internet?
-
When I said “moving the goalposts” I meant Diesieben told you to do something and you went and did something totally different.
-
Is this you trying to move the goalposts? What you posted has nothing to do with a crash, only warnings. At the end of the bat file that Diesieben quoted to you add “pause” to a new line, this will keep the window open until you press a key and will allow you to see any errors the server is spitting out.

We will need logs to help you with crashes, often times it is due to outdated mods.

The twitch launcher has its own installation of Minecraft that it uses, you need to click the Play button inside the launcher, it will bring up the vanilla launcher but with a setting changed that will pick up your selected pack

The TMD resourcepack is broken, one of their textures is a single pixel in size and thus cannot be mipmapped. You have two options, you can either disable the resourcepack or you can try turning mipmapping off completely. If this crash occurs at launch both of these can be achieved by editing your options.txt, located in your .minecraft folder: To disable the resourcepack, look for the line that says resourcePacks and make sure the square brackets ( [] ) end up empty. To disable mipmapping, look for the line that says mipmapLevels and set it to 0 (Note that this will result in a heavier load your graphics hardware).

The Twitch launcher will put it together for you but you will still need to search for the mods inside the launcher. Note: I do not personally like the Twitch launcher as an advanced user due to some quirks it has, but for beginners it is the most user-friendly and least-illegal launcher there is right now.

Delete all those mods (they came from the bad site) and rebuild the pack in the Twitch app, see if you have any issues then. 9Minecraft is the Granddaddy illegal-rehost site, delete anything you got from there and download them from the proper place (https://minecraft.curseforge.com is where most modders post their mods nowadays).
-
Delete that program, it likely only fetches mods which are illegally re-hosted on its own servers. (Please see http://stopmodreposts.org) If you want a program that will install mods for you use the Twitch launcher, it pulls mods from CurseForge, a site that many modders directly and willfully submit their mods to.
