    Attempting Connection With Missing Mods

    I'm trying to start a forge server and when I try to launch forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1558-1.7.10-universal.jar, it keeps saying "Attempting Connection with Missing Mods" then lists multiple mods (Though not all of the mods in the modspack) The Server log looks like this
