I've been trying to launch !.14 but I've been getting this message " log4j-api-2.11.2.jar " Help?

I have been yousing curse/twitch launcher and some mod packs launch a strange version of forge so i downloaded one of the versions of forge as so as i launch it and i crashed and this message poppet up "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the programs and notify you if a solution is available." so if anyone have any way to fix this problem pls message me.
