dont worry i fixed it

when i go into launch options and add new i press the version selection button i scroll down to where normally the forges are and they are not there even tho i have the forges in my mods folder

i dont get that message

so i download the forge i put it into my mods folder i open minecraft create new version and the forge does not show up help!
