I think I have too many mods downloaded

okay so I've just loaded minecraft again and its come up with this.... & still had same error messages. This hasn't happened before

So while I'm playing with 1.12.2 mods should I move the 1.7.10 mods elsewhere?

I've downloaded a few mods for my 1.12.2 game and I've made sure all of them are definitely for 1.12.2 Minecraft, but every time my forge loads up it only says I have 5 mods installed (the ones that come with it like forge mod loader) and none of the ones in my mod file show?? Is it because I have 1.7.10 forge and 1.7.10 mods as well or have I got too many for 1.12.2 loaded? The 1.7.10 mods show up when I use 1.7.10 forge. I've tried loading the game with 1 mod installed, but none of them will show up. I would be happy to show the log it gives me if someone explains how to upload the log on to here as I'm a bit of a noob. I'm also using a mac if that helps.
