    Site didnt accepted the screenshots but first photo forge with optifine 22fps second photo is without forge only optifine 64 fps same world and frame

    First off all I tried to find a fix for the problem but I couldnt,anyway I tried with minecraft 1.12.2 and lastest recommended version with optifine c7 no mods and with only optifine c7 as we can see in screen shots I take lower fps with forge but its a little bit confusing because when whenever I stop moving fps values come back the normal (still lower then only optifine version) but while moving heavy performance decreases,drops and stuttering is happening so I need help fml-client-1.log fml-client-2.log fml-client-3.log fml-client-latest.log
