    You are correct. 1 is 1080 and other is 4k

    Thank you but it was not a driver issue. It appears to be an issue with duel monitors. I shut down 1 monitor and the issue has disappeared.

    after playing minecraft. I close the launcher and my mouse lags so bad I have to sign out of windows.
