Unfortunately, I do not have a backup. Sigh. But I use 1.8.9 because my favourite mods have not been updated and are still at 1.8.9 Thank you so much, & cheers!

How do I restore it? And why do I have to stop using 1.8.9?

I downloaded two new mods; loaded the game- and it crashed. I removed them both and it still is crashing. Someone, please help.
