Yea thats what i've done, i was just posting in case anyone else was having issues and to report the problem.

Haven't touch anything. used the forge installer which extracted the forge-universal.jar, the MC-server1.12.2 and libraries. Then launched the .jar using a .bat file which has the following line inside. And i get that error code afterwards. Not touch any jar or added any mod.

No mods installed at all, Mods folder is completely empty

Launching Forge through .bat so i get CMD and can allocate more RAM. No mods installed yet just straight from Forge Installer.
