    Issues making (1.12.2) Forge server!

    Okay, so i was trying to make a 1.12.2 forge server, and i ran into an issue, looked it up, fixed it, now i have Another issue, and i can't find this issue or how to fix it. Basically it says some of the forge libraries couldn't install, I've included 2 images, 1 of the error, 1 of the server files. It would be a HUGE Help if someone could find out what is it and how to fix it, Thanks! Also, im running windows 7, and i can connected to the vanilla server (in the 2nd screenshot) and it kinda worked, the reason why i say kinda is because i couldn't connect and play, the authentication servers were down, but on the little server feed thingy, it said my player tried to connect but had trouble authenticating, so im guessing it works.
