    Forge server not opening

    I followed everything this video: "https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=312&v=EFbgz7VkfF8" told me to do, but when I have to open the forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10-universal.jar, NOTHING HAPPENs, help!
