  1. Never mind fixed it i just forgot to remove the .gradle file from C:\Users\<Your Username>\ Thank you very much.
  2. mmm i did that and it did not work. Could these be caused by a java or jdk version?

Hello, i have been having problems setting up my dev environment. when i run the gradlew setupDecompWorkspace from my mod folder it gives me an error that says "no such version exists" and gives me a line for the gradle.build file which is the line that contains the version of minecraft and forge. This only happens with the newest versions for example the latest recommended version. I used an older version of forge (version: 1.12.2-14.23.1.2555) and it worked. Thanks.
