to disappear i would just save the npc and then delete it, save it in the event you want to use it again

I have a Modded 1.12.2 Forge Server and every time I load it up it crashes. I do not know the cause of the problem and I obviously do not know how to fix it. It might be that I do not have enough RAM allocated to the server. I actually could be talking complete rubbish though. I have a 8G of RAM on my computer. HELP! ? I recently had a 1.7.10 Forge Server that I took down. I was going to replace it with a 1.12.2 Forge Server, but I keep getting the following error reports. Help! ?

I have been having problems with a Modded Minecraft 1.7.10 Server. I host it on LogMeIn Hamachi. I load up the forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1558-1.7.10-universal file and it loads up but after it states [Server thread/INFO] [net.minecraft.server.dedicated.DedicatedServer]: Done (27.642s)!
