Thing like this. Not actual chunk errors, but they're not supposed to be there.

Me and my friends are trying to make a map on my server that has forge installes, but when the server starts it says "This world was saved with mod FML version 4.5.2.459 and it is now at version 4.6.12.511, things may not work well" and there are tons of chunk errors everywhere. How do I fix this problem? I also tried the world on single player and it works perfectly.
