i used the file and it gave me this

whats the eaq and it never gave me logs it never created any files at all

so i want to play tale of kingdoms with some other mods but every time i install forge it gets stuck on the updating minecraft screen even after i cleared out my .minecraft folder it still does this with no error logs i have no other mods installed
