Oceano 2.0 shader pack and glsl shaders mod v2.7.1

I followed the directions for this shader pack. It is version 1.12.2/1.11.2 Oceano Shaders Mod. I installed Forge 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768. I then download the Optifine 1.12.2_HD_U_C6 dropped it in the mod folder. I downloaded GLSL Shaders mod v.2.7.1mc1.12. I then placed the oceano shaders mod into the shaderpacks folder then when I run Minecraft forge it crashes and gives me no info. Attached are the crash report and the FML log. crash-2019-02-22_07.15.03-client.txt latest.log
