    Hardness and Resistance

    Does anyone know the range of the hardness and resistance? Also, Hardness is how long it takes to mine and resistance how much of an explosion it absorbs?

    To start, I suck at modding. I have never yet made a complete mod. the problem is that I am trying to make a 1.13.2 mod following a 1.12.2 tutorial. I have figured out how to set it up, and that everything is now stored in the toml file, but I tried to create an @Instance but Eclipse could not import it form net.mincraftforge.fml.common.mod. Has something been changed? This is the tutorial I am following -
