    Using 'setupDecompWorkspace' for 1.13

    Hello everyone! I'm trying to setup my Minecraft Forge files for 1.13. I downloaded the zipped file and extracted the necessary ones to a folder and ran the command prompt command the Forge Documentation website told me to run, which is 'setupDecompWorkspace'. I did a bit of research and found out that it does not work for 1.13 and I need to do something else. How do I go about setting up my Forge files. I'm also trying to use the latest version of Eclipse so if there is anything else I have to do for that, please inform me.
