    ok i changed my directory to the proper files and its working. i tried to allocate more ram to the server and got this any advice on what to do ?

    every time i try to click the forge server client nothing appears and when i try to run it in command prompt i get this this is particularly irritating because i've tried it for 1.13 and it definitely works ((but there are no mod packs that i like so what is even the point)) any help is appreciated. i've tried reinstalling java, reinstalling the game multiple times and reinstalling forge multiple times and using both the .jar installer and windows installer
