    I'm not sure what else you could be referring to. There are three PC versions at the moment, the Java Edition, Bedrock Edition, and the Education Edition. What was previously the "standard" version which had no specific name, was renamed to the Java Edition once what was originally called the Windows 10 version (which was later merged with what is now the Bedrock Edition) came out. Minecraft Realms is a feature of the Java Edition and not a separate version.
